The great escape

The great escape

There is a convent
which nuns inhabit
where two of them
acquired a bad habit.
As the treasury had
a considerable sum
the sisters decided
they would get some.
They leapt about
in a playful gambol
took five-hundred K
to travel and gamble.
For this piteous pair
the future looked bleak
but by avoiding jail
they had a lucky streak.
