Circle of Life

Cancer kidnaps healthy

cells leaving pain as

surrogate and terrifying

loved ones.

Scathed by Death's

razor scythe whether

awake or in denial we

bleed crimson drops,

clot and bleed again.

We cry til no tears

remain and cry again

until our time comes

and others fear and

weep for us.
