    The first stanza owes any atmosphere it may have to the quote from Ang San Suu Kyi it is based on:

    ‘There is a special charm to journeys undertaken before daybreak in hot lands: the air is soft and cool and the coming of dawn reveals a landscape fresh from the night dew.’ 

    The second stanza is also inspired by a Suu Kyi quote:

    ‘We will surely get to our destination if we join hands.’

  3. Thank you – although, of course, that is largely down to the sheer quality of the photographs. I was fortunate enough to get permission to use the work of some truly talented photographers, including professionals in the field. In fact, since making the video, I've looked more closely at their portfolios, and had I known at the time quite how professional, I'm not sure I would have had the gall to ask.
